STORY TIME:

So, we started this home search journey in March of 2022 with Dervik Real Estate. As a first time home buyer, we were not sure of what we wanted being the fact that its was a sellers market season. Homes were in higher prices and buyers where bidding way to high inorder to get a home. We're part of those people i guess 😆 🤣!!!

However, the Green team never gave up instead they motivated us by allowing us to view as many homes as we can a day 7days a week. When I say we were able to get our home between 2-3 weeks of search during this crazy season, we did!!! We're now a proud home owners. The search and processing plus closing took us a month only. We won our bid on March 26, 2022 and closed on April 28th 2022, Still can't believe it myself but its real. The Green Team gave us all the time and patience needed throughout this journey to make it a success. We are so happy that we crossed path with DERVIK REAL ESTATE. They are VA friendly, very professional, and experienced.
