Lieutenant Colonel (R) Maurice "Moe" Green
As a Military Police Officer, Maurice served with distinction in combat operations, supply chain management, law enforcement, and governance. Rising through the ranks to Lieutenant Colonel, he held pivotal leadership roles, including Deputy Brigade Commander of the Army's largest Military Police Brigade and Commander of the 503rd Military Police Battalion (Airborne), overseeing global operations and deploying paratroopers to safeguard U.S. interests. Maurice spent 12 of his 25 years in the military stationed in Fayetteville, North Carolina, cultivating deep connections to the local community.
Maurice’s leadership abilities were further demonstrated during his tenure as the U.S. Army Fellow to the International Association of Chiefs of Police, where he served as a National Instructor of Leadership, and as the Police Chief for Fort Bragg, the Department of Defense’s largest military installation.
In addition to his extensive military and corporate background, Maurice has been a licensed real estate agent in Maryland for over two years. During this time, he completed numerous successful transactions and gained a deep understanding of the industry. Having personally navigated over 15 military Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves throughout his career, Maurice developed a profound passion for real estate and a unique empathy for families undergoing relocations.

Greg Wells is a retired Command Sergeant Major who has seamlessly transitioned into a successful career in real estate. He currently serves as a dedicated Senior Real Estate Broker with Dervik Real Estate, a veteran-owned business accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Greg earned a Masters of Project Management (MPM) and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. He is also a proud graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. Committed to serving his community, Greg has been an active member of the Sergeants Major Association's Ways and Means Committee since June 2017. He is a community partner and a member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) His extensive leadership and management skills, honed through years of distinguished military service, play a crucial role in his real estate endeavors.
